How can i find the fragrance i am looking for on your site? Search for Brands Looking for that hot new brand? The quickest way to find your favorite brands is by using our Brand List. The Brand List is located in the Categories search box located in the top left corner of every page on fragranceworld.com.au. Just open the pull down list of brands and choose your brand. Every brand is listed alphabetically. Search for Mens and Womens Fragrance Also located in the Categories search box is the shop by gender and shop by Category options. For your most convenient shopping experience, simply key in your desired item or brand in the top left hand corner "Search Entire Site" to find your item. 2. I can’t find the fragrance I am looking for. Can Fragrance World source it for me? Fragrance World offers consumers a huge range of designer and hard to find fragrances in Australia. If we don’t have the fragrance you are looking for in stock just send us an email at customerservice@fragranceworld.com.au and we will do our best to find it for you! 3. How much does delivery cost? fragranceworld.com.au uses Australia Post E parcel service and registered post to deliver within Australia: Standard Delivery - Within Australia registered postage and handling is $9.95. P&H for each additional item is FREE. Please note fragranceworld.com.au does not ship perfume outside of Australia. 4. What credit cards does Fragrance World accept? Fragrance World accepts Visa and Mastercard. We use 128 bit SSL Digital encryption to securely scramble your credit card details between your browser and our webserver. 5. How long will my order take to be delivered? Average Shipping time to most destinations in Australia is 5-7 working days. Each parcel will have a tracking number for the exact location. 6. How can I change the delivery details on my order? If you need to change the delivery details on your order, please email us at customerservice@fragranceworld.comau with any changes. 7. Can I be certain of privacy once I've registered on your site? Fragrance World will always protect you privacy and will never give out your personal information to any third parties. 8. How safe is it to give you my credit card details online? We use 128 bit SSL Digital encryption to securely scramble your credit card details for transfer between your browser and our webserver. This means it is near impossible for any unauthorised party to access this information. If you are still uncertain about using your credit card then please make payment via direct bank deposit or Australia Post moneyorder. 9. My delivery hasn't arrived within the expected time frame. What happens now? All parcels have a tracking number. If you feel that your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe of 5-7 working days, then please contact us and we will investigate further. 10. If I buy a tester will it be used? When you buy a tester from fragranceworld.com.au, it means it will come in tester packaging. Usually it comes in a white box, instead of its normal packaging, and without a lid. The tester will contain the same amount of fragrance as the same size fragrance bottle in normal packaging and has not been used in any way. The scent is exactly the same as the normally packaged item. 11. Is Fragrance World allowed to sell testers or Not For Sale items? Miniatures and testers are marked, ‘sample, not for sale’. Companies who are normally supplied with a small quantity of these items for free along with the purchase of their regular goods can give away these sample sizes at no charge. For Fragrance World, this is not the case. The goods are in fact purchased by us and are sold onto you at a discounted price, which is less than the normally packaged items. We are not supplied these items for free as the Department stores are. 12. Does Fragrance World offer delivery outside Australia? No. Unfortunately, due to customs restrictions and fragrance being classified as a dangerous good, FragranceWorld.com.au are presently only able to offer delivery within Australia. However, if you live abroad, you are still able to select a shipping address in Australia, for example if you have family or friends who live here.
